Prior to Coming to Campus

All students must complete the health questionnaire on the day of and prior to arrival on any Preparatory campus.

While many schools have moved to AUXS Safety App S2, Peabody Preparatory is still on AUXS Safety App S1. The Prep will remain on S1 through the end of Spring ’22 term. While this means you will need both versions you will not have to log out of S1. If your school is using AUXS S1 you will need to log out your school account and into your Peabody account to complete the screening for the Preparatory.

Invitation emails go to the email address we have on file in our registration system. This is the same email you use to log into https://peabody.asapconnected.com. If available, a Preparatory staff member can help you, otherwise, please send an email to peabodyprep@jhu.edu with the subject line AUXS Safety App. Link will be sent as a response.

If you can access the email, we encourage you to go through the account set up. Once you have the credentials set up, you can install the AUXS app on your or your child’s device and log in with those credentials.

Double check that the mobile number we have in our registration system is one where you can receive SMS messages. This is where AUXS will send codes. If you need to correct the number in AUXS, please send an email to peabodyprep@jhu.edu with the subject line AUXS Safety App.

Per JHU COVID-19 policy, vaccine status is only required for students 12 and over. If this applies to you, an email would have been sent to the email address we have on file in our registration system (one email for each eligible student). This is the same email you use to log into https://peabody.asapconnected.com. These emails provide links where you can submit vaccine information for all students associated with your account.

The vaccine status email would have been sent to the email address we have on file in our registration system. This is the same email you use to log into https://peabody.asapconnected.com. If you do not have direct access to the email account, double check that your spouse/partner has access. If you still cannot find the email, please send an email to peabodyprep@jhu.edu with the subject line Missing COVID Vaccine Verification Email.

Students turning 12 during the fall semester may continue to come to campus for their regularly scheduled lessons and classes, observing all guidance regarding masking and distancing for their area. It is assumed that once a student becomes COVID-19 vaccine eligible, they will begin the vaccine process. In January of 2022, the Preparatory will resend the vaccine verification email to those recently eligible students to verify the completion of their vaccine doses. Students who verify the completions of their vaccines will be permitted to continue to return to campus. If students have not yet completed their vaccines, they must remain online until they have completed both doses.

The AUXS registration form is sensitive to pre-filled data provided by a browser. Please type in the phone number manually.
