Jessica Satava oversees hall scheduling for the Conservatory. She produces the Dean’s Symposium Series, the Sylvia Adalman Chamber Series, assists the piano technicians and the organ department to coordinate piano and organ maintenance, and handles contracts and travel for guest conductors.

Chelsea Buyalos produces all Conservatory competitions, the Friday Noon Recital series, and handles the degree recital process at Peabody. Please direct all inquiries regarding these to her. She acts as the hall scheduling liaison with the Preparatory, works with hall scheduling for the Conservatory, manages the student staff in the Concert Office, and assists the box office manager on concert nights.
