Olivia Harrison is a clarinetist with many places to call home, including Sayville, NY, Tarpon Springs, FL, and Nashville, TN. Now a resident of Baltimore, MD, she is pursuing her musical goals by way of local and touring chamber performance. She has worked to co-found her ongoing contemporary ensembles Sono Trio (formerly Sacrament) and Baltimore-based Bent Wrench. Sono Trio, consisting of clarinet, flute, and percussion were chosen as Ensemble Fellows for the Cortona Sessions Contemporary Music Initiative in 2022, and were recently a part of the Summer Carillon Series at University of Michigan – Ann Arbor. Harrison received her BM from Vanderbilt University, and her MM from Peabody Conservatory, studying over the years with Bill Jackson, Bixby Kennedy, Mariam Adam, and Alexander Fiterstein.
