  • View invoices and payment information online
  • Make payments or set up a payment plan

Spring 2021 Registration is open!

For Spring 2021, Preparatory instruction will remain primarily online with limited onsite opportunities for specific groups. Our planning is in accordance with Johns Hopkins University Phases for Resuming On-Campus Activity, which in turn dovetails with the State of Maryland’s Roadmap to Recovery.

There will be NO ACCESS to the downtown campus until after the conclusion of the Conservatory’s Spring semester in mid-May to maintain separation of the two Institute populations to decrease the risk of exposure for either population.

The Preparatory is currently planning to utilize our Towson campus for our onsite lessons and classes experiences for both Downtown and Towson students.

Howard County and Annapolis students will remain online until we have received specific guidance from each landlord regarding their plans for campus access for tenants. If permission is given for onsite access, Howard County and Annapolis students will follow the same guidelines.

Onsite instruction will be limited to faculty or student cohort rotations providing some in person experience for students. Creating a faculty or student rotation decreases density, maintains distancing and air exchange protocols, and limits potential exposure. Families who are concerned about returning to campus may remain fully online for their instructional delivery.

Due to the generosity of many individuals and charitable foundations, the Preparatory is able to offer scholarship support to a limited number of students based on exceptional ability, fulfillment of potential, teacher recommendations and financial need. Annually we award nearly $200,000 to approximately 200 students, or approximately 10% of our student body. Click on the Scholarships tab in the sidebar for more information.
