INCIDENT TYPE:  Aggravated Assault

LOCATION:  First block of East Centre St.

DATE:  7/27/2025

TIME:  Approximately 3:00 PM

DESCRIPTION OF INCIDENT: It was reported to Public Safety today that on the above date and time, a non-affiliate was assaulted in the first block of Mount Vernon Place by three suspects.  The suspects then fled the scene.  Injuries to the non-affiliate were reported at the scene.  There are no suspect descriptions at this time.

CRIME TIPS: If you are a crime victim, try to remember as many details about the suspect as possible.  Try to walk in groups rather than alone.  Stay in well-lit areas.  If you are a crime victim, report the incident immediately.
