INCIDENT TYPE:  Attempted Robbery

LOCATION:  First block of East Centre St.

DATE:  1/29/2025

TIME:  Approximately 9:30 PM

DESCRIPTION OF INCIDENT: On the above date/time, two suspects attempted to rob two affiliates in the first block of East Centre St.  The suspects implied that they had a gun and demanded money.  The affiliates said that they had none.  The suspects then tried to take an affiliate’s cell phone, but they would not relinquish it.  The suspects then fled.  The affiliates were not physically harmed.  No suspect description at this time.

CRIME TIPS: If you are a crime victim, try to remember as many details about the suspect as possible.  Try to walk in groups rather than alone.  Stay in well-lit areas.  If you are a crime victim, report the incident immediately.
