This collaborative concert is an excellent opportunity for chamber ensembles to share their talents while connecting and building relationships with community audiences. Monthly concerts take place at Goucher College in Towson, Maryland; each performer will be compensated $200 per concert.
Perform a fun, family-friend concert at one of the Enoch Pratt Free Library branches in Baltimore City! Open to soloists, duos, and trios; each performer receives a $125 stipend.
Perform interactive concerts at Helping Up Mission (HUM), a Baltimore-based addiction recovery program and shelter for unhoused individuals. Open to soloists and ensembles; each performer receives a $125 stipend.
Craft and perform an interactive program that references art on display at the Walter’s Art Museum. Open to soloists and ensembles; each performer receives $200 per concert; additional volunteer opportunities.
Perform at half hour set between 4-6pm at Baltimore’s Penn Station. Open to small ensembles; each performer receives a $250 stipend.
Join this student-run, conductor-less string orchestra to bring healing and beauty to communities within Baltimore through music. Open to all string players; rehearse weekly and perform curated concerts in community venues.

Build skills and experience in teaching artistry, K-12 and higher ed education, and group and private instruction.
Teach a series of four workshops at University of Maryland Baltimore Country (UMBC) to undergraduate music majors. Open to graduate students; selected candidates receive a $300 stipend.
Build teaching skills working with local organizations such as OrchKids, Baltimore School for the Arts, Baltimore Symphony Youth Orchestra, and Living Classrooms. Paid hourly; positions average 5 to 8 hours/week.
Teach weekly piano lessons at Baltimore area elementary schools. Open to graduate students who have completed or currently are enrolled in Piano Pedagogy class; each fellow receives a $3000 stipend.
Peabody composition students volunteer to teach weekly one-on-one composition lessons in local schools.
Builds and experience with administrative skills that support future employment and project-based work, through roles at Peabody and beyond.
Build arts industry skills in areas like marketing, communications, fundraising, operations, and more. Internships are available with a variety of local non-profit arts organizations, including the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra, Community Concerts at Second, Candlelight Concert Society, Maryland Citizens for the Arts, Maryland Opera, Opera Baltimore, and more!

Build skills and experience deploying music as a service to support health and well-being, including repertoire and program design and site specific programming.
Develop skills in leadership, community engagement, and integration of arts programming into healthcare settings. Open to graduate students (DMA preferred). Paid hourly; work 6-8 hours/week.
Perform for lunchtime concert series and hospital events coordinated by Spiritual Care Services and the Office of Well-Being, among others. Open to small student ensembles; musicians receive $250/person per performance.
Conservatory students live, practice, and perform in local senior living facilities.
Perform weekly at Johns Hopkins Hospital and build skillsets to work with patients in a healthcare context. Open to all undergraduate and graduate students.

Peabody composition students volunteer to teach weekly one-on-one composition lessons in local schools.
M-House is an active on-campus student organization focused on arranging and producing Peabody students’ original pop songs. It has been a platform that promotes consistent interdepartmental pop music collaborations and provides an open environment that enables its members to engage in writing workshops and recording sessions that simulate those in a real industry setting.
