Representatives from the Peabody Human Resources Office will be available during Orientation Week to provide new students with employment documents. A list of on-campus employers can be found here. For more information, please contact Human Resources at 667-208-6533.
Federal Work-Study is a need-based (FAFSA required) Federal Title IV program that provides funds to students through part-time employment as a means to supplement education-related expenses. Work-study funds earned at Peabody are not applied to the student’s tuition account. Students will receive their work-study funds via payroll checks throughout the school year and can only earn up to the maximum amount awarded. Federal Work-Study may range from $500 to $2,000 and is based on eligibility and availability of funds.
For those not awarded work study they may work under the non-work study program. A federal work study award is not required. The employment process is the same as those under work study.
For complete information on the student employment process please refer to the Handbook for Student Employees.
