During the campus closure, IT@Peabody will continue to offer the following IT support services:

General IT Support, Including Zoom Support for Faculty and Students

While we are not able to offer walk-in support during the campus closure, the IT@Peabody team will continue to offer general IT support via our service desk phone line. This includes support for our entire community, including those using Zoom and Canvas for remote teaching. We encourage all those with a JHED ID to utilize our online service desk portal at any time to report issues or make service requests.

Peabody Staff, Conservatory Faculty, and Conservatory Students

If you are not able to reach us by phone, or you need help, but it’s not an urgent, immediate need, please submit your service or support request via our service desk portal 24/7/365. Please note, that a JHED login is required, and this service is not available for Preparatory students
