Present need, future imperative. Those who know the Peabody Institute know this is a special place and catalyst for positive change, transforming the students who come here while improving the society and world in which we live. Our goal is to ensure that the best and brightest students who want to attend Peabody be given the opportunity – regardless of financial circumstances.

Recognizing the scope of this challenge and the need for bold action, the president and deans of Johns Hopkins University have devoted $5 million annually in undergraduate scholarship aid to match the payout of new undergraduate scholarship endowment gifts. This means that your gift of an endowed scholarship will be twice as effective.

Support at any level helps make a Peabody education available to students in need. Named scholarships can be established at the level of $100,000 or more. Endowments, which are invested in perpetuity, provide both immediate funding and long-term financial security for the university, and they benefit students for generations to come.
