If you have never accessed SIS
You will first need to authenticate your SIS account.
- Go to https://sis.jhu.edu/newuser/
- Enter your SIS ID and click Continue
- Enter your Date of Birth and Zipcode (or Lastname for international applicants) and click Sign In
- Create your password
Once you’ve authenticated your SIS account
Access SIS as follows:
- Go to https://sis.jhu.edu/sswf/
- Click SIGN IN and enter your SIS ID at the JHED ID prompt
- Enter the password you created when you authenticated your account at the Password prompt.
If you have forgotten your SIS password
Take the following steps to reset it:
- Go to https://sis.jhu.edu/sswf/
- Click Forgot your username or password?
- Under Prospective Students and Authorized Users, select ‘I forgot my password’ and click Next
- At the User ID (Login Name) prompt, enter your SIS ID
- A temporary password will be sent to you by email
- Use this temporary password to login at https://sis.jhu.edu/sswf/ (enter your SIS ID at the JHED ID prompt)
- Change your password after you log in
If you enroll at Peabody
Your SIS ID will be replaced with a Johns Hopkins Enterprise Directory (JHED) ID. You will be contacted by email when this change is made.
