Comprised of graduate and undergraduate students, faculty, staff, and community members from across the Peabody Conservatory, Johns Hopkins University, and Greater Baltimore, the Peabody Hopkins Conservatory Choir explores and performs works from the past six centuries, with an emphasis on choral-orchestral repertoire in collaboration with the Peabody orchestras and guest artists.
60-100 voices, SATB. Open to all Peabody/JHU students, faculty, staff, and members of the Baltimore Community. Auditions held at the start of each semester. Please contact the Peabody Ensemble Office for more information.

Auditions will be held in Dr. Beth Willer’s office next to Joe Byrd Hall and are expected to take approximately 10 minutes. Street parking is available or you may park in the Peabody garage for a fee.
Admission into the Peabody Hopkins Conservatory Choir (PHCC) is by audition and members are required to have basic musical skills for admission including the ability to match pitch and familiarity with western musical notation. Audition decisions may also be made based on the need to have well-balanced choral sections.
Rehearsals: Tuesdays, 7-10 pm (plus additional dress rehearsals and concerts)

Accepted members of PHCC will be given registration information after the audition process is complete.
PHCC is free for all currently enrolled students of the Johns Hopkins University.
Members of the community may join for a $100.00 fee per semester with a $50.00 registration fee. Tuition remission is available for eligible employees of the Johns Hopkins University.
