Jameson Dickman is an acoustics consultant at WSP USA, specializing in building acoustics, and an adjunct faculty member at the Peabody Institute. He specializes in room acoustics, sound isolation, and noise control designs for commercial, healthcare, residential, educational, civic, industrial and government clients. Dickman is excited by the diversity of problems acousticians are asked to solve: from designing an intimate listening room to detailing the sound isolation for the building façade of a million-square-foot office tower. His main professional interests are in noise control and sound isolation, the role of acoustics in sustainable and resilient design, and the relationship of acoustics to health and well-being.

Dickman is a LEED Accredited Professional and a member of INCE. He has Bachelor of Music in double bass performance, a Bachelor of Music in Recording Arts, and a Master of Arts in Audio Sciences and Acoustics from the Peabody Institute.
