Towson Campus Locations

PLEASE NOTE: Peabody will be moving all Preparatory operations out of the Dulaney Valley Road campus location in summer 2026. Peabody has always used this building under a long-term lease agreement with Goucher College, and Goucher’s interest in developing the property made this a strategically smart time to re-imagine our Towson operations. There will be no changes to our operations in Towson for the remainder of this 2025-26 academic year.

The Peabody Preparatory remains fully committed to serving Baltimore County students and families with exceptional music and dance instruction in facilities that are well-suited to the unique needs of performing arts education now and in the future. We are actively exploring alternative locations that will ensure safety, convenience, and comfort for families while providing continuity of core programming. We look forward to sharing more details as they become known.

Access to the Towson Locations

The Dulaney Valley Road campus is only open during regular school sessions and is closed during all holidays and school breaks. Office hours vary and are based on each semesters schedule of classes. A Peabody ID card is not required for entrance or access to the campus.

The Towson Presbyterian Church campus is only open to registered students. Building doors are locked at all times.  Access will be given by instructor.

Directions

Dulaney Valley Road location

From I-695 (Baltimore Beltway)

1. Take Beltway to Exit 27A (Dulaney Valley Road South).
2. Take the second left onto Southerly Road.
3. The building is immediately on the left, located across from the Sheraton Hotel.

Towson Presbyterian location

From I-695 (Baltimore Beltway)

1. Take Beltway to Exit 26A (York Road South).
2. Turn right onto West Road
3. Left onto Kenilworth Drive
4. Right onto Bosley Avenue
5. Right onto Chesapeake Ave
6. The church will be on your right

Practice Rooms

Towson Campus students may use the studios for personal practice when the building is open as space permits. Reservations for studio rehearsal can be made with the Towson Campus receptionist.

Dance Facilities

The Dance Studio is located in the basement of the building. At the bottom of the stairs, go through the double doors, and the studio will be on the right. The studio is air-conditioned and equipped with high-tech audio and video equipment.
