The Peabody Preparatory will add a new Frederick, Maryland, campus in Fall 2023. In partnership with the YMCA of Frederick County, Peabody teachers will offer private lessons in violin, viola, cello, guitar, voice, and piano at the Y Arts Center for students of all ages, backgrounds, and skill levels. Lessons in other instruments will be made available soon.
The Y Arts Center is a 20,000 square-foot hub for creativity in the heart of downtown Frederick. Significant renovations to the lower level have added several private studio spaces, an office/work space, and a family waiting area to enhance music instruction in the building.
