Lockers are assigned in the order forms are received. In the space below please provide information to be considered regarding your assignment. We will do our best to accommodate the preferences listed.

Check the box to signify that you have read and understand the Locker Policy Agreement. 1). Lockers are rented with consideration to major/instrument. 2). You may not use a lock other than that assigned to you by Student Affairs. Non-school issued locks will be removed and destroyed. 3). Lockers must be left in the same condition as when rented. Damage to lockers will be assessed and will be paid for by the student . There is a $10 fine for missing locks. 4). The assigned lock and locker are subject to recall any time by Student Affairs. 5). Peabody may withhold services for failure to adhere to this agreement. 6). Peabody is not responsible for loss of r damage to property in the assigned locker. 7). Peabody reserves the right to enter lockers as it deems necessary to protect the safety and well-being of the Institute and its operations. 8). Lockers must be emptied by May 31. Lockers not emptied by this date will be emptied by Student Affairs, and items not claimed will be donated to charity or discarded.
