The Inspired Aging Fellowship is a competitive, paid training program for graduate and undergraduate students who seek to develop their interest and skills in artistic enrichment in the lives of older adults. Throughout the academic year, IA Fellows learn how to employ best practices in arts administration, strategic partnership cultivation, and the development and delivery of arts programming specifically created for audiences over the age of 65.
Inspired Aging Fellows spend approximately 5-7 hours a week performing administrative duties, developing and delivering programs and receiving ongoing training in senior focused community engagement initiatives.
