Jules Massenet’s Cendrillon is an enchanting adaptation of the Cinderella tale told with wit, elegance, rich orchestrations, and of course spectacular love duets. With the charming heroine, the fairy godmother’s shimmering high notes, and the outrageous antics of the stepmother and stepsisters, Massenet blends romance and comedy into a truly magical performance.
