Bottom of the Arcade steps, 17 East Mount Vernon Place
Sign in here when you arrive on campus. This is also the place for up-to-date information on open classes, open rehearsals, questions, and information throughout the weekend.

5:30 pm – 7:30 pm | Reunion Welcome Dinner
DLA Piper Plaza (rain location: Bank of America Lounge), 17 East Mount Vernon Place; $25 per person
Kick-off the start of Peabody’s Alumni Reunion Weekend at the Welcome Dinner on Peabody’s campus. You’ll meet former classmates and enjoy an open wine bar and wonderful cuisine from a local caterer. 

7:30 pm – 9:30 pm | Peabody Symphony Orchestra Concert
Miriam A. Friedberg Hall, Peabody; FREE, but reserved tickets are required

Joseph Young, conductor, Ruth Blaustein Rosenberg Artistic Director of Ensembles
Yuting Tan: In Fields of Wilted Flowers for Orchestra (winner of the Macht Orchestral Composition Competition)
Gustav Mahler: Symphony No. 5 in C-sharp minor

9:30 am – 5:00 pm | Welcome Table: Registration and Information
Bottom of the Arcade steps, 17 East Mount Vernon Place

10:00 am – 11:30 am | Formal Campus Tour
Welcome Table in the Arcade, Peabody; FREE, but reserved tickets are required
The tour will last about 90 minutes and include historic and new places at Peabody. 

Noon – 2:30 pm | Reunion Lunch
Mount Vernon Club, 8 West Mount Vernon Place; $30 per person
Society of Peabody Alumni president Braphus Kaalund (BM ’02, Trumpet) will make welcoming remarks. Members of reunion classes (all years ending in 8 and 9, or 3 and 4) will be given the opportunity to share a memory at the podium.

5:30 pm – 9:30 pm | Reunion Dinner and Concert
Johns Hopkins Club, 3400 N Charles Street; $50
Dean Fred Bronstein will present the Outstanding Recent Graduate Award to Zach Herchen (BM ’06, Recording Arts & Sciences; BM ’07 Saxophone; MM ’09 Saxophone), the Johns Hopkins University Community Hero Award to Dan Trahey (BM ’00, Music Education & Tuba), and the Distinguished Alumni Award to Vivian Adelberg Rudow (BM ’60, Piano; MM ’79, Composition) at a three-course, sit-down meal at the Johns Hopkins Club to be followed by a concert featuring the award recipients and Peabody’s distinguished faculty member, Clinton Adams (MM ’83, Piano).

Joins us for brunch and mimosas as we honor Paul Matlin (BM ’70, Viola; MM ’72, Viola), Allan Jensen (BA ’65, Krieger School; MD ’68, School of Medicine), and Claire Jensen for their outstanding contributions to Peabody and Johns Hopkins University Alumni Associations with the Johns Hopkins Heritage Award.
