Performances will be no more than 60 minutes in total length.

Recording arts students will be available for consultations with students to answer any questions they may have as they prepare for their performance recordings, however, real-time support will not be provided for the recording sessions.

All final recordings will be due two weeks in advance of the broadcast date. Video editing will be supported by the production department, with oversight from the Multimedia Systems Specialist and the Recording Arts Manager.

Due to the current status of the Hopkins campus closures, students will not have access to performance spaces for recordings. Cohen Davison will be made available on a limited basis for personal, solo recording sessions.

Final performances will be broadcast to the public via the Peabody Institute website. Broadcast may run several times over the course of the day to accommodate different time zone viewings.

Following the initial broadcast, the video will be available to the public on YouTube.
