All full-time, Peabody students receive their primary health services from the Johns Hopkins University Student Health and Wellness Center. It provides high quality, confidential health care to students of the Homewood and Peabody campus communities. The clinic is located on the perimeter of the Johns Hopkins University Homewood campus at 3003 N. Charles Street, N200. Enter the SH&WC through the main door located on 31st Street. Appointments may be scheduled by calling 410-516-8270. The health care staff consists of board certified/eligible physicians, nationally certified nurse practitioners, a licensed nurse, medical assistants/ technologists, and a nurse mid-wife. They offer a broad range of primary care services including illness & injury, routine gynecologic care, and travel consultation and immunizations.

There is always a medical consultant on call for after-hours non-life threatening medical concerns or health problems. Call 410-516-8270 anytime the SH&WC is closed. For medical emergencies, call 911 if off-campus or Peabody Campus Security at 410-234-4600 if on-campus to request an ambulance. Either is correct, but Security can assist Baltimore City Emergency Personnel with finding your location campus location.
The Johns Hopkins Rehabilitation Network Clinic for Performing Artists at Peabody offers specialized services for performance-related musculoskeletal disorders including physical therapy, occupational therapy, and hand therapy. Students must obtain an appropriate referral from the Student Health and Wellness Center before scheduling an appointment with the JHRN Clinic for Performing Artists.
