Returning students who meet the deadlines listed below will receive a financial aid renewal notice in June.

  • BY FEBRUARY 15th: Renew your FAFSA online at http://fafsa.ed.gov/.  The Peabody school code is E00233. (Maryland residents must complete the FAFSA no later than March 1st for state aid consideration.) Use most recent pay stubs and/ or W-2 forms to estimate income on the FAFSA if federal tax returns have not yet been filed.
  • Review your Student Aid Report (SAR), which provides a summary of the information submitted on the FAFSA. Give special attention to any issues that require additional documentation, such as citizenship or selective service.
  • BY APRIL 15th: If you are selected for Federal Verification, you must submit all required documents and federal tax data requested by the Financial Aid Office.

Students who complete their aid application (all requested documents received and processed) will have their awards disburse no sooner than ten days before the first day of classes each semester.   All aid on the award notice reflects annual amounts, which are disbursed to student accounts in two equal parts by semester unless otherwise indicated.
